Baked Oatmeal

Baked Oatmeal
One of my favorite breakfast recipes when company comes
Ingredients
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ stick melted butter
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon into greased 9" square baking pan.
- Bake at 350° for 40-55 minutes.
- Serve warm with additional milk.
Notes
I like to add additional brown sugar on top along with any sliced fruit. Can be made the night before and baked in the morning. Also you can add fruit, raisins or nuts in the mix before baking or after baking.
