Peanut Roll Bars
Requested by Josh. A Christmas favorite
Ingredients
- 16 oz dry roasted salted peanuts
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 1 pkg peanut butter chips
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 pkg 10 ½ oz pkg mini-marshmallows (6 cups)
Instructions
- Grease bottom and sides of cake pan with margarine.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of peanuts in bottom of pan.
- In large bowl combine milk, chips, margarine. Melt for approx. 2 minutes in microwave. Stir until smooth.
- Add pkg of marshmallow to bowl. Stir to coat.
- Pour into pan and spread.
- Sprinkle rest of peanuts over top and press down with hand.
- Cool – cut.
