Peanut Roll Bars

Peanut Roll Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz dry roasted salted peanuts
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 pkg peanut butter chips
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 pkg 10 ½ oz pkg mini-marshmallows (6 cups)

Instructions
 

  • Grease bottom and sides of cake pan with margarine.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 of peanuts in bottom of pan.
  • In large bowl combine milk, chips, margarine. Melt for approx. 2 minutes in microwave. Stir until smooth.
  • Add pkg of marshmallow to bowl. Stir to coat.
  • Pour into pan and spread.
  • Sprinkle rest of peanuts over top and press down with hand.
  • Cool – cut.
