Sriracha Brussel Sprouts

Sriracha Brussel Sprouts
I found this recipe online after I went to a restaurant in California during a work trip and ordered them and really liked them. Over time, I've adapted it.
Ingredients
- nonfat cooking spray
- 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed and cut in half (really important to cut in half!)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Dash msg (optional)
- 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1½ tsp sriracha
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Coat a baking sheet with spray oil
- Combine all ingredients except honey and sriracha, and toss until coated
- Arrange in baking sheet in single layer
- Roast until golden brown and tender, about 25 minutes
- Mix honey and sriracha well in a small bowl
- Toss Brussel sprouts in honey/sriracha mix in a serving bowl
