Sriracha Brussel Sprouts

I found this recipe online after I went to a restaurant in California during a work trip and ordered them and really liked them. Over time, I've adapted it.
Course Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • nonfat cooking spray
  • 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed and cut in half (really important to cut in half!)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Dash msg (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • tsp sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Coat a baking sheet with spray oil
  • Combine all ingredients except honey and sriracha, and toss until coated
  • Arrange in baking sheet in single layer
  • Roast until golden brown and tender, about 25 minutes
  • Mix honey and sriracha well in a small bowl
  • Toss Brussel sprouts in honey/sriracha mix in a serving bowl
