Sriracha Brussel Sprouts

I found this recipe online after I went to a restaurant in California during a work trip and ordered them and really liked them. Over time, I've adapted it.
- nonfat cooking spray
- 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed and cut in half (really important to cut in half!)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Dash msg (optional)
- 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1½ tsp sriracha
Preheat oven to 400°
Coat a baking sheet with spray oil
Combine all ingredients except honey and sriracha, and toss until coated
Arrange in baking sheet in single layer
Roast until golden brown and tender, about 25 minutes
Mix honey and sriracha well in a small bowl
Toss Brussel sprouts in honey/sriracha mix in a serving bowl
