Pumpkin Spice Date Truffles

This is a raw, vegan, gluten free snack or dessert that I obsess about when holiday season comes along. It satisfies your sweet tooth while still staying healthy!
Course Dessert
Servings 7 Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup pitted dates
  • 1⅓ tsp organic pumpkin spice
  • 2 Tbsp liquid coconut oil
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes (I like the shorter shredded kind)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp stevia

Instructions
 

  • You can either blend with food processor or use mortar and pestle.
  • Mash the dates until they are almost a paste consistency.
  • Gather the rest of your ingredients and add them into the food processor and blend until smooth.
  • If you aren't using the food processor, roll up your sleeves, add all ingredients into a large bowl and massage them together until thoroughly mixed
  • Once everything is mixed together, take a small amount of the mixture and roll it into a ball between your palms
  • Place on a plate or a sheet pan with parchment paper
  • Chill them in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy!
