Easy, Healthy Banana Oat Cookies

Easy, Healthy Banana Oat Cookies

These are simple, quick, healthy, and most importantly, extremely tasty.

Ingredients
  

  • cups quick oats (you can use a mix of regular oats and quick oats if you’d like)
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 350 degrees
  • Mash the two bananas up in a bowl with a fork
  • Stir in the vanilla and honey if you’re choosing to add them
  • Add in the oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and any other mix-ins you’d like. Mix thoroughly
  • Line a pan with parchment paper or coat it with cooking spray
  • Spoon medium-small sized cookies onto the pan. I like to flatten them a little with my spoon, but they don’t have to be perfect!
  • Dust them generously with cinnamon before baking
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Suggested mix-ins: 1 tsp honey, 2 lids of vanilla, ½ teaspoon chia seeds, a dash of cinnamon, a dash of salt, ½ cup walnut pieces
