Asian Roasted Broccoli

Asian Roasted Broccoli

The broccoli is something I stumbled upon online and now I literally don't eat broccoli any other way. Also super good in an air fryer.
Course Main Course, Not Dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb broccoli florets, washed and dried
  • ½ Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • Dash msg (optional)
  • Sesame seeds and red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400° and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Place broccoli in single layer on the pan and set aside
  • In small bowl, whisk together oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Pour over broccoli and toss until combined
  • Bake for 15-25 minutes, or until cooked to your liking, stirring halfway through
  • Taste and re-season if you like
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pepper flakes to taste
