Asian Roasted Broccoli

Asian Roasted Broccoli
The broccoli is something I stumbled upon online and now I literally don't eat broccoli any other way. Also super good in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb broccoli florets, washed and dried
- ½ Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- Dash msg (optional)
- Sesame seeds and red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place broccoli in single layer on the pan and set aside
- In small bowl, whisk together oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Pour over broccoli and toss until combined
- Bake for 15-25 minutes, or until cooked to your liking, stirring halfway through
- Taste and re-season if you like
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pepper flakes to taste
