Preheat oven to 400° and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
Place broccoli in single layer on the pan and set aside
In small bowl, whisk together oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Pour over broccoli and toss until combined
Bake for 15-25 minutes, or until cooked to your liking, stirring halfway through
Taste and re-season if you like
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pepper flakes to taste
