I like to change around the vegetables and seasonings on this to mix it up, also goes great with a side of white rice. Frozen corn, coarse chopped mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussel sprouts for instance can all be thrown in instead of, or in addition to, the mixed veggies and potatoes at the same cook time. I also like to add rosemary, sage and turmeric to my spice mix with cayenne for heat.
