Ingredients

cups
water

cubes
chicken boullion

14 oz can chicken
1
24 oz can of hominy
1
14½ oz can of diced chili and tomatoes
1
cup
diced fresh tomatoes
1
red bell pepper, chopped
1
green bell pepper, chopped
1
large potato, diced
1
can pinto beans or 1 cup cooked
2
small cans green chiles
1
Tbsp
chili powder
jalapeños (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Simmer and stir for 1 hour.
